2. What data we process and why
This website has no contact or registration forms, and does not collect personal data automatically as you browse.
We only process the data you give us voluntarily when you get in touch with us:
- By email: your email address and the content of your message.
- By WhatsApp or phone: your phone number and the content of the conversation.
The sole purpose is to deal with your enquiry. We do not use this data to send you marketing, nor do we pass it on to third parties.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you contact us and on our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries we receive (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f of the GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, after that, for the periods required by law. Once it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
5. Recipients
We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where required by law. Please note that if you write to us on WhatsApp, the communication takes place through WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which has its own privacy policy; and that our email is hosted with Google.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to lavanderiaazultenerife@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you feel we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
