1. What cookies are

2. Cookies this website uses
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure anonymously how the site is used: pages visited, device type and where you came from. To do so it sets analytics cookies. They are not loaded until you accept the cookie banner; if you reject it, they are not activated. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies from your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.
3. Third-party content
On each launderette's page we show an embedded Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect technical data such as your IP address, in line with its own policy:
We also include a video hosted on YouTube. It doesn't load when you open the page: it's only downloaded if you press play, and we serve it from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's domain without advertising tracking cookies. Until you hit play, YouTube receives none of your data.
The links to Google Maps and WhatsApp are only triggered when you click on them and take you away from this site.
4. How to control them
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Here are the instructions for the most common ones:
Blocking Google's cookies will stop the embedded map from showing, but it won't affect the rest of the site.
5. Changes to this policy
If in future we add analytics or other tools that use cookies, we'll update this page and ask for your prior consent where the law requires it.
